Chuck Crouch is a highly experienced finance professional with the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and has been with FMSI since 2005. Chuck specializes in interest spread/asset liability management, investment portfolio management, risk analysis, and liquidity planning for financial institutions. His experience includes an emphasis on economic research, balance sheet optimization, and fixed-income product/market research.
Chuck received his MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he concentrated in Finance. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas.
Prior to joining FMSI in 2012, Adam Wilson spent 9 years with a broker-dealer where he gained extensive knowledge in Asset/Liability management. Throughout his career, Adam has provided 150+ institutions, varying in size from $10 million to $7 billion with solutions to their asset/liability management needs, management support, and consulting. He has also provided investment portfolio management services and has overseen portfolio pricing for 600+ institutions.
Adam completed his BS in Financial Services from Kansas State University.
Cory Poncelet is a partner at Financial Management Services Inc. (FMSI) where he consults with financial institutions by providing asset/liability management , investment portfolio, and liquidity management consulting. Prior to joining FMSI Cory owned a consulting company for eight years where he performed investment portfolio, ALM, and profitability consulting for financial institutions. Cory brings a wealth of industry experience to the consulting practice having worked in a variety of accounting, internal audit, and operations management roles.
Cory holds an MBA from the University of MN-Duluth and a BS in Accounting from Winona State University. He is also a Registered Investment Advisor, allowing him to operate in a fiduciary capacity for FMSI clients.
Denton has been with FMSI since 1999. He has extensive experience with investment analysis and asset liability management and modeling.

Chad joined FMSI in 2018. His experience includes work in various divisions of community banks.
He completed his BS in Finance and Information Systems & Technology from the University of Kansas.
Jill came to FMSI from George K. Baum & Company in 2007 where she was Vice President of Operations. She was deeply involved in all aspects of broker/dealer operations at the firm for more than 12 years.
She received her BA degree in Mathematics from Benedictine College.

Maurice Freese
Financial Analyst
Maurice (Mo) Freese joined FMSI in 2023. Prior to joining FMSI, Mo completed an analyst internship with Brinks as well as serving as an Accounting Teaching Assistant.
Mo graduated from Oberlin College in December of 2022, where he was a NCAA student-athlete and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus in Monetary Economics and Financial Markets.
