Douglas Williams, CPA President FMSI founder and president, Douglas Williams, a veteran of financial intermediary management, leads the team at Financial Management Services. Mr. Williams, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), has led multiple financial institutions as CEO or CFO: managing balance sheets, investments, and developing risk control and asset/liability management policies. Mr. Williams has also lent his expertise as an expert witness in litigation, including the U.S. Court of Claims. Since moving on from day-to-day bank management, Mr. Williams has provided in-depth consulting and asset/liability management via FMSI for nearly two decades. He received his CPA shortly after graduating from Emporia State University with a Bachelors Degree in accounting. |

Chuck Crouch, CFA Senior Financial Strategist The senior financial strategist at Financial Management Services is Chuck Crouch, a highly experienced finance professional with the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Mr. Crouch specializes in interest spread/asset liability management, investment portfolio management, risk analysis, and liquidity planning for financial institutions. His experience includes emphasis on economic research, balance sheet optimization, and fixed income product/market research. Mr. Crouch received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he concentrated in finance. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas. |

 Denton DorcasFinancial Analyst has been with FMSI since 1999. He has extensive experience with investment analysis, and asset liability management and modeling. He received his BSB in finance from Emporia State University. |
 Jill PyleFinancial Analyst came to FMSI from George K. Baum & Company in 2007 where she was Vice President of Operations. She was deeply involved in all aspects of broker/dealer operations at the firm for more than 12 years. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Benedictine College. |
 David Linhardt Financial Analyst joined FMSI in August 2009. He studied asset allocation and valuation at the University of Kansas, where he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in portfolio management. He also completed his undergraduate degree at KU. |
 Virginia MarshAccountant in private practice has led FMSI’s asset/liability modeling efforts for 13 years. She assists bank management with developing scenarios and risk management possibilities. She has worked in public and private accounting, and received her BSB in accounting from Emporia State University. |
